ACCOUNTABILITIES
ESSENTIAL
Receives orders, puts away supplies, and oversees charging to departments and patients to ensure efficient processing of supplies and charges
Order restock for the hospital and end-user department as needed to ensure adequate supplies to meet patient and staff needs
Answer phones and deliver STAT orders to all departments to provide excellent customer service
Maintain all work areas in a neat and orderly fashion to create a safe and professional environment
Purchase supplies as needed to ensure adequate supplies to meet patient and staff needs
Enter charges into the Hospital Information System to ensure accurate records and good stewardship
OTHER
Performs other duties as assigned to meet the organization s needs.
